A complex of 3 buildings with one 16 storey tower (206 rooms), a 5 story building (105 rooms), and 2 storey block with 110 rooms.
The hotel was acquired from a seller who had bought the shutdown building from the city of Southfield. The hotel complex had shut down 10 years prior to our acquisition, the complex has been planned to be completed in three phases, phase one with 16 storey with 206 room have been completed and we have opened Best Western premier as part of phase one with bar restaurant, meeting room and convention centre. Phase two 55 one bedroom suites will open as best western residence suites before May 2018.
Phase three building with 5 storey with 105 rooms will open as La Quinta hotel by May 2019.
