CLARION HOTEL CINCINNATI
Acquired 275 room holiday inn hotel from the receiver of a bank, the hotel was losing the flag and scheduled to close. We acquired and changed the flag to clarion and put in our own management. We have planned to convert the 12 storey hotel building into dual flags with 75 rooms into extended stay and 200 rooms into regular hotel. While the hotel is still trading and the rooms are under renovation including a complete remodelled of guest rooms and common areas. Renovation is restricted to 1 floor at a time.
