Kiwi hospitality acquired 12 storey 240 room hotel from a private family.
The hotel was scheduled to be shut down by the city for non-payment of property taxes. The hotel was trading with only 50 rooms while all the other rooms were inhabitable . A complete renovation was carried out with an expense of $ 3.2 m. The hotel was opened as Quality inn Downtown in May 2016 with 100 rooms. The renovation was completed with 240 rooms and hotel traded from with all rooms till July 2017. Our management team have grown the annual income of $600k per annum to $3.5M for year 2017.
